As I have written before, we are working hard to align our costs with our current revenue and enrollment. In addition to the many cost cutting efforts we have made, we have also been looking for innovative ways to reduce costs, particularly administrative costs. I share today a new effort toward financial sustainability that Chancellor Garcia announced in her report to the Board of Trustees today.

Congratulations to all! Our much anticipated and planned for WSCUC accreditation reaffirmation site visit concluded last Friday with the formal reading of commendations and recommendations.
Decision on Fall 2025 College Reorganization

After careful and thorough review of all feedback, including formal letters, open forum and other meeting notes, models and data, Senate recommendations, and numerous one-on-one conversations with faculty and administrators, I am prepared to issue my final recommendation on our four College configuration that will begin in fall 2025.
