Go to https://health.csueastbay.edu to schedule an appointment, or call (510) 885-3735.
Counseling Services help students with any issues impacting their lives. Individual counseling is a one-on-one, confidential meeting. The counselor will do several things with you;
- Talk with you about what concerns and challenges you may be facing.
- Help you identify your strengths and resources.
- Collaborate with you to develop a plan for addressing your concerns.
- Suggest additional services which may be of benefit to you, both within the Counseling center, elsewhere on campus, or in the community.
