Installment Payment Plan Spring 2019
Cal State East Bay offers Tuition Payment Plans to allow students to pay their fees in installments. These plans are not available for students who have approved financial aid.
The payment plans are available for regular matriculated students, Open University students, and Special Sessions SSD Students. Students enrolled in Continuing Education, ALP programs, and Summer Self Support programs, are not eligible for the university payment plans.
How to Sign Up and Pay in Installments
To sign up for fee installment plan, find the "Enroll in Payment Plan" option inside your MyCSUEB[1] under My Finances or under Student Center. Be sure to make your payment by the fee payment due date. See the complete fees, agreement details and payment due dates inside the Student Center. There is a non-refundable $30 service fee for enrolling in payment plan.
Your Installment Plan contract is not effective until the first payment has been made online by ACH or credit card, by mail, or in person at the Cashier's Office in the Student Services and Administration (SA) Building on the Hayward Campus
We have multiple payment plans depending on the date you register for your classes. Please read the following information thoroughly for complete information.
Matriculated Installment Payment Plan Due Dates
Regular matriculated students that enroll in an installment plan on or before December 10, 2018 are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates:
- December 10, 2018
- January 10, 2019
- February 10, 2019
- March 10, 2019
Regular matriculated students that enroll in an installment plan on or before January 14, 2019 are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates:
- January 14, 2019
- February 14, 2019
- March 14, 2019
Regular matriculated students that enroll in an installment plan on or before January 31, 2019 are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates:
- January 19, 2019
- February 19, 2019
- March 19, 2019
Open University Installment Payment Plan Due Dates
Open University students that enroll in an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates:
- January 31, 2019
- March 2, 2019
- April 01, 2019
Special Session Installment Payment Plan Due Dates
Special Session Programs (which includes One-Year M.B.A., Online Educational Leadership, M.S., Online B.S.B.A., M.B.A. for Global Innovators, M.P.A. Alameda County EES, M.S. Health Care Administration, M.S.E.D. Reading Program, M.S. Accountancy, and M.S. Nursing) students that enroll in an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates:
- December 10, 2018
- January 10, 2019
- February 10, 2019
- March 10, 2019
