Link to an Email



Overview

Linking to an email will create a link that opens the client's default email client and have the specific email address entered in. This will allow the client to eliminate the steps to copy and paste the email address.

How To Add A Link To An Email?

  1. Log into Cascade CMS and select your site.
  2. Navigate to the page asset where the email will be added.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Navigate to the WYSIWYG editor and type in the email address.

  5. After you have typed in the email address, hit the spacebar or hit enter. This will create a link to the email address.

  6. Select Preview Draft.

  7. After previewing changes made on your draft, select Submit.

  8. Enter Comments for changes made.

  9. Select Check Content & Submit to add changes to your site.

  10. Select the Check Box.

  11. When you're ready to go live, the last step is to Publish the Changes.
