Spring Semester 2025 Parking Permits

 

Spring Semester 2025 Student Parking Permits will be available for purchase beginning December 09, 2024.

 

To purchase your permit go to mycampuspermit.com/eastbay. The permit will be mailed to you, make sure your mailing address is up to date. There is also a temporary paper permit you can print and display on your dashboard while you are waiting for the permit to arrive in the mail. (If you are living in the on-campus residence halls, the permit will come to our office and we will contact you when it is ready for pickup.)

Living on campus?

All Housing permits are sent to our office and we will email/call when they are ready for pick up. (If you have not moved in yet, we will hold the permit for you)

If you haven't received your physical permit in the mail before the temporary permit expires, call 800-700-4417.  They will provide a new temporary permit to print.

Parking Permit Fees for All Students (including Financial Aid Recipients)

 

Semester/Session Permits:

General Parking permits are sold online only at MyCampusPermit.com. Parking permits are non-refundable. Lost or stolen hang tags will not be replaced.

  • $195.00 Fall or Spring semester automobile permit  or  $97.50 for a motorcycle permit
  • $100.00 Summer session automobile permit  or  $50.00 for a motorcycle permit
 * For students with Concord classes only, see update on this page before you buy a semester permit.

 

Daily Permits/Hourly Permits/Meters:

Purchase daily and hourly permits at campus dispensers only, cannot be purchased in advance.

  • $10.00 daily permit (Monday - Friday)
  • $2.00 per hour permits (Monday - Friday)
  • $2.00 per hour for meters (Monday - Friday)

 

The dispensers are located in parking lots A, G, K, N and at the kiosk on the right side at the top of Harder Rd. All dispensers take credit cards, coins, and bills (exact change only.) Please note the dispensers are not contact less, if you use a credit/debit card it needs to be a physical card (no Apple Pay/Google Pay option).

Daily permits are only valid in General (Student) Lots. After 5:00 PM Mondays-Thursdays, these permits are also valid in Faculty/Staff lots.

July 19, 2024 - January  17, 2025

Spring Semester 2025

December 09, 2024 - May 31, 2025

 

There will be a 5 day Grace Period (in student lots only) for Spring Semester from January 21st - 27th.

  

Student Spring Semester 2025 Prorate dates:

Purchase Date: Cost:
January 21, 2025 – February 28, 2025 $195, whole Fall Semester (1-39)
March 01, 2025 – April 09, 2025 $130, two thirds of Fall Semester (40-78)
April 10, 2025 – May 17, 2025 $65, last third of Fall Semester (79-116)

 

Please note that semester, daily, hourly permits are not valid during commencement ceremonies and a special commencement parking permit is required.
