Following the schedule for the 2022-2028 ILO Long Term Assessment Plan, Cal State East Bay has gathered recent student learning data to support the assessment of the University’s Written Communication Institutional Learning Outcomes. These data are intended to provide additional context for existing academic review discussions, analysis, and decision-making to improve student learning. The University Summary Report is broken into Introduction, Method, Results, and Suggestions for College Discussions sections. Supporting Documentation provides additional reports and reference material supporting analysis and decision making.  The Closing the Loop report summarizes the discussions, recommendations, and actions being taken by academic colleges and co-academic units to improve Written Communication student learning and is presented to Cal State East Bay through faculty governance, co-curricular and assessment committees.
