First Year (Freshmen) Suites
Living on campus means you can focus 100% on your studies and enjoy organized activities right on campus. You do not need to worry about things like food or transportation. The Pioneer Kitchen has a variety of meal plans including all-you-care-to-eat. Residential Life in housing has activities for residents in the housing community.

- Each suite houses 7-10 freshmen residents
- Suites include two full bathrooms, vanity, living room, and kitchenette (see floor plan)

- Study rooms and community lounge on most floors
- Vending machines which accept Bay Bucks
- Front Desk open every day from 8 pm-1 am (Friday and Saturday until 3am)
- FYE (First Year Experience) programming
- 24-hour Laundry Room access located next to Lassen Community Room and El Dorado Hall

Occupancy Types:
Double Occupancy Type
Each bedroom includes up to two twin XL beds, dressers, desks and chairs. Each bedroom has two closets with shelves. Double occupancy rooms are designed and furnished for 2 students. Each suite houses 7-10 freshmen residents
Triple Occupancy Type
Each bedroom includes up to three twin XL beds, dressers, desks and chairs. Each bedroom has two closets with shelves and one wardrobe. Triple occupancy rooms are designed and furnished for 3 students. Each suite houses 7-10 freshmen residents
