Home Buying Assistance Program
Cal State East Bay has partnered with Landed, a company dedicated to helping working professionals achieve their dreams of homeowners.
Landed’s Shared Equity Down Payment Program is designed to help homebuyers reach at least a 20% down payment in shared equity investment. Landed also has a network of agents and lenders, as well as free home-buying resources and guidance.
