Why BayCloud?
BayCloud is a legacy Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) powered by VMware Horizon View. It hosts virtual desktops with software designed for students. You can use any HTML5 enabled browser to access your desktop. Faculty can choose to give their students virtual access to the curriculum, accessible from any computer, anywhere. An internet connection and a compatible browser are all that is required.
How Do I get BayCloud
Only Faculty may initiate BayCloud use by opening a service desk ticket at Service Desk, with the following; information:
[Course Name, Section Number, Number of Students, Software Requested]
