The Office of Student Outreach offers one-on-one appointments with an Outreach Counselor for undergraduate students who have not yet applied and have domestic (U.S.) transcripts.

Appointments are available over the phone, ZOOM, or email – at your preference!
Each appointment will cover:
- The freshman or transfer admission requirements to the university
- What to expect when applying
- Questions about deadlines
- General university questions
Important: Be sure to get send your unofficial transcripts to your counselor at least 48 hours before your appointment so your counselor has time to review your transcript.
The Degree Audit Report (DAR) is the tool used by students and advisors to map out courses toward graduation. Once students accept the admission offer, our Degree Audit team starts working on populating the report with your coursework.
Students may generate a preliminary DAR report using MyCSUEB after they accept the admission offer and
- Around March 15th for incoming fall students and
- around October 15th for incoming spring students.
The Degree Audit team will notify students as soon as the official review is done and the DAR is officially ready to be used. At the very latest, the DAR will be completed no later than 3 months into the first semester and in time for students to plan their courses for their second semester.
