First Year Students

As you can see, 3 columns is available as well, plus a Gray background (white and gray available).

First-Year students will have the opportunity to live in our First-Year Suites. Each suite consists of 3 or 4 double and triple occupancy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a common living area, and a kitchenette.

The Meal Plan selection process is completely online. Beginning at 3:00 pm on Monday, May 2, 2016 you can submit your Housing Application($40) and Contract with Initial Payment($500) for the 2016-2017 Academic Year(Fall 2016 - Spring 2017). Transfer Students

This marks the second year we provide the opportunity for transfer students to participate in a Living Learning Community. Our Living Learning Community will focus on your transition into our university.  Transfer students will have the opportunity to live in an apartment that has single, double, or triple occupancy bedrooms located in Pioneer Heights. Each of these apartments has a full kitchen, living room, and depending on the apartment type, 1 or 2 bathrooms.

 All students living on campus are required to have a meal plan. Transfer students can select the Pioneer Plan that comes with 60 entries to the Dining Commons for fall quarter. Residents may upgrade to the Red or Black plan at an additional cost.

Returning Resident Process

We recommend that current students participate in the Returning Resident Process to reserve a space for the 2016-2017 academic year. Current residents will have priority in reserving a space for the Academic Year.
