Information About Filing a Claim Against Cal State East Bay
A claim against Cal State East Bay must be filed with the CSU Systemwide Office of Risk Management & Public Safety at the address below within six (6) months after which the incident or event occurred, along with a $25 claim filing fee made out to "Trustees of CSU".
