Personnel Transaction Requests are used to initiate staff and management job record changes.  The ability to  initiate PTR transactions has been restricted to management personnel plan employees. Job record transactions include but are not limited to:

Appointments

  • New Hire

  • Concurrent Appointment

Change in Status

  • Job Reclassification
  • In-Range Progression
  • Job Code Change
  • Reassignment
  • Time-base Change
  • Change in Unit

Separations
