Landscape and Grounds

The grounds department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of both the Hayward and Concord campuses. We are actively involved with landscape improvements, renovations, and new installations.

Services

Lawn mowing, edging and watering
Upkeep of all sport fields (both natural grass and artificial turf)
Planting of new and replacement trees, annual color and other plant materials
Irrigation installation, maintenance and renovation (See a broken sprinkler? Call ext. 5-4444)
Pathway sweeping and blowing

The Hayward Campus has 180 acres of developed landscape (364 total acres). The Concord Campus has 70 acres of developed landscape (384 total acres)
