Jennifer Sanchez Biedermann
Campus Sustainability Manager
Jennifer Sanchez Biedermann is the Campus Sustainability Manager. In this role, she provides leadership for the Office of Sustainability, which advances the campus' climate action objectives and supports a culture of environmental stewardship at CSU East Bay. Jennifer is a twice alum of the CSU, having earned her Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors in Psychology.

Evelyn T. López-Muñoz
Sustainability Programs Coordinator/Project Manager
Evelyn López-Muñoz, is the campus Sustainability Programs Coordinator/Project Manager. In her role, she provides campus utility historical data, oversees the Sustainability team staff and manages campus Sustainability Capital projects to advance California State University, East Bay in meeting Sustainability goals and objectives. Evelyn is a CSUEB alumni and has a Master of Science in Sustainable Construction Management in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies.

Dhvani Bhatt
Data Analytics Manager
In her role, she gathers, refines, and analyzes data from a wide range of sources, facilitating well-informed choices on energy and sustainability data. Some of Dhvani's projects include greenhouse gas inventories, reporting to Second Nature and the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education Sustainability Tracking & Reporting System.
Deepika Bharatula
Sustainability and Utilities Coordinator
Deepika is our team's Sustainability and Utilities Coordinator and a graduate of Master's in Business Analytics. Deepika adeptly collects, cleanses, and analyzes diverse data sources, empowering informed decisions, resulting in comprehensive annual reports. Some of Deepika's projects include meter readings, utility bill analysis, and greenhouse gas inventory reporting
Urmila Dasetty and Sowmya Vaddempudi
Zero Waste Student Assistants
Urmila and Sowmya are our Zero Waste Student Assistants. In this role, they have helped the campus perform the first Atlas Zero Waste Assessment and facilitated the process for a Zero Waste Strategic Vision. Urmila and Sowmya help with bin signage, mapping, and inventorying to aid our progress towards zero waste.
