PI Study Lab
Project IMPACT's study lab offers both a quiet, distraction-free environment for students and an opportunity for peer interaction and tutoring. Multimodal learning tools are available to help students master course concepts. Student staff, who have experience working with individuals with disabilities, are available to assist with basic computer and Microsoft Office applications as well as tutor in specific subjects. Computers are equipped with:

- Inspiration
- JAWS
- Kurzweil 3000
- SPSS & other subject-specific programs
- ZoomText
Assistive Technology
Project IMPACT's study lab also offers assistive technology assessments and training. Assistive technology or accessible technology is defined as any device which helps a person with a disability accomplish daily tasks. Working closely with ATSO, Project IMPACT specializes in technology for the college environment such as:
- Screen reader software
- Smart pens & voice recorders
- Text-to-speech software
- Visual mapping software
- Voice recognition software
