FALL 2022 TRANSFER ORIENTATION

Welcome to California State University, East Bay! Orientation is essential to a smooth and successful transition to the University, and participation is required prior to starting classes. We understand our students have busy schedules, and provide a variety of dates at Hayward campus to accommodate your schedule.

Concord Orientation 

May 19, 2022 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

You only need to attend one orientation session. *Students are expected to participate the full day of orientation and cannot leave early. Please verify your availability for the full day prior to selecting a date for orientation. Once you register for orientation, you will not be able to switch the session date on your own.

Transfer Online Orientation Sessions:

We understand that it may be difficult to come in-person, however we still want to get connected with you before you come to Cal State East Bay in the Fall! If you are not able to make the in-person Orientation session please register for one of the Online Sessions on MyCSUEB. The dates for the Online Sessions are listed below.

Can my Family/Guests attend Transfer Orientation?

Yes! Guests may accompany you to the Transfer Orientation. There is a fee required for each guest: $35 fee for the first guest and $15 for each additional guest. Guest fee will pay for parking, lunch, and program for the day. To register your guests, click here: https://forms.gle/ctVtfPHH7Ex6weq16 *No cost for children under 10 years old

Registration Process:

Fall 2022 Orientation registration will be open starting March 8th, 2022.  Once you have submitted your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR), you will be able to register for Orientation through MyCSUEB.  To sign up for orientation, please go to MYCSUEB and sign in. When you sign in click on the classic view then on the applicant view and once you are on that view to the right there is going to be a tab that says student orientation. Click that and you will be able to choose the orientation of your choosing. If you are unable to select an Orientation date, the specific Orientation program has reached capacity and we request that you choose from an available session.
