Accommodation Styles

The Single apartments can accommodate 4 people per apartment in 4 single-occupancy bedrooms. Each apartment has two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room.

The Double and Triple apartments can accommodate 4 to 6 people per apartment in 2 double-occupancy bedrooms. Each apartment has a living room, full kitchen, a bathtub, bathroom, and vanity area.

Our suites can accommodate up to 10 people in two-bedroom types:  double occupancy and triple occupancy. Each suite has a living room, shower stall, bathtub, vanity area, and separate restrooms. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, a sink, a microwave, and cabinet space.

    Conference groups must be consolidated into designated units, with minimum booking of 50% occupancy per unit. Groups exceeding 32 people will be booked by full capacity of designated units.

  • The meal rates below are provided based on meal options at the Pioneer Kitchen.

    Discount Option: Groups can qualify for a 15% discount if purchasing a minimum of 9 meal periods.

*A campus department that will sponsor a group must have a faculty/staff representative of the department to be the signatory on the contract and all charges will be billed directly to the department. All correspondence will be between CSUEB Conference Housing Services and the campus department.
