PIAA is the first university-funded program designed for undergraduate first-year, continuing, and transfer students. SEAS programs provide academic support services and resources for our underserved and underrepresented students.

The PIAA Program is open to undergraduate first-year, transfer, and continuing students at Cal State East Bay. Students enrolled in PIAA will also have access to SEAS Academic Support Services.
