Alumni Library Access

The CSUEB Library extends general library privileges to CSUEB Alumni. To obtain these privileges and gain access, please submit the form below. This will alert alumni staff to verify your status, and in turn, alert the library to create a profile for you within their reservation system. You will receive notification of when your account is created along with your system ID number (either your NetID or alumni ID number). Providing this number along with a valid ID (i.e. Driver's License, State ID Card, or Passport) to the Library Check Out Desk will allow you to check out books.

As alumni borrowers:

Your library card is non-transferable.
Up to 250 items may be checked out at any one time.
The loan period is 16 weeks with no renewals.
There are no InterLibrary Loan privileges.
Access to subscription online databases is available only in the library.

All other library policies also apply to alumni borrowers.
