Department Visits

Open Houses about the Graduate Program are held on selected evenings at 5:30 p.m., typically September through November.  Led by the Graduate Coordinator, these information sessions last approximately one hour and include an opportunity to ask questions. We have completed our Open House cycle for the Fall 2019 application process.

Facilities Tours are held on selected Fridays at 10:00 a.m., typically August through January.  The tour has room for 12 participants, lasts about 30 minutes, and is followed by a question and answer session.   They begin in room MB1099.  If you also wish to attend a walking campus tour, which are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., please call the Hayward campus Welcome Center at (510) 885-2556. The final tour, designed for applicants offered Fall 2019 admission, is scheduled for Friday, April 12th.
