Cal State East Bay Offers One-Day Human Resource Management Courses with Certificate Options

Whether you’re new to the human resource field or looking to advance your career and enhance your skills as an HR professional, Cal State East Bay’s Human Resource Management program can be tailored to fit your educational and professional goals.

The Human Resource Management program offers a series of one-day seminars in many different, relevant areas of human resource management. Participants can start at any time, during any quarter, with classes of their choice. The Certificate in Human Resource Management includes three certificate options that can be completed in as little as six to nine months.

Upcoming course topics include: “How to Value Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace,” “Benefits Administration,” “Performance Management” and “Organizational Behavior.”

Courses are conveniently offered in CSUEB’s downtown Oakland Center on weekdays and at the Hayward Campus on Saturdays.
