Cal State East Bay will induct six new members to the Athletics Hall of Fame in 2014.
Nominations are now being accepted for Cal State East Bay's 15th biannual Athletics Hall of Fame Induction. The 2014 induction ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, May 18, 2014. The deadline for all nominations is November 1, 2013.
Former Pioneer student-athletes who have competed with unusual distinction in one or more intercollegiate sports while attending Cal State East Bay are eligible for consideration once five years has passed since their last date of competition for the sport for which they are being considered.
Coaches, administrators, faculty, staff, or community members who have contributed significantly and with distinction to intercollegiate athletics are also eligible for consideration. These candidates are eligible once they are retired or if their last direct involvement with the athletic program, if any, occurred at least five years prior to their induction for the contributions for which they are being considered.

Since 1986, the Cal State East Bay Athletics Hall of Fame has inducted 76 student-athletes and 14 coaches, administrators, staff, and trainers.
