Cal State East Bay Professor Weighs in on Ballot Rules

Political Science Department Chair Elizabeth Bergman argued in a recent Sacramento Bee article that California's ballot rules are a good thing for the state and its voters. 

It’s “all about transparency and helping voters,” she said. “How do you not disclose something and argue that’s a good thing?"
