What is this program?

The BET McNair Scholars Program (Award #P217A220220), funded by the U.S. Department of Education, is committed to fostering educational equity by encouraging, supporting, and preparing students with high academic potential to pursue advanced degrees.

The program is designed specifically for low-income, first-generation college students  offering comprehensive graduate school preparation through personalized mentorship, developmental workshops, and hands-on research and internship opportunities.
