Accept the Offer of Admission
To secure a place in the entering class, admitted applicants must complete the Accept Admission Offer process by the required deadline.
Step 1: Log in to your MyCSUEB account, choose the “Admissions” tile and select "Accept Admission" from the list. You will be prompted to pay the $110 required non-refundable pre-enrollment fee that will be applied toward orientation. Once the payment is processed, your admission status will automatically be updated.
- Second baccalaureate, returning, and graduate students are not required to pay this fee.
Step 2: Follow the instructions on how to make the payment on the CashNet window. A receipt will be emailed to you once the transaction is completed. If you press cancel, the acceptance of admission will not be finalized.
After your payment has been received, you have officially accepted your offer of admission and are on your way to becoming a Pioneer!
Once the above steps have been completed, sign up for orientation as soon as dates are available. Click here for information about Orientation dates and registration.
All acceptances are conditional and contingent upon successful completion of ongoing coursework.

Most applications meet the conditions of admission but occasionally some may not.
Common reasons are:
- Failure to meet document deadlines

Please refer to the transfer student application deadlines for partial and final transcript deadlines.
Request that your institution send electronic transcripts to accelerate processing time. Previously opened, scanned transcripts or transcripts emailed directly from students are considered unofficial and cannot be used to fulfill admission requirements and be evaluated for transfer credit. Only transcripts sent directly from the institutions or a 3rd party vendor on behalf of the institutions are accepted.
The Office of Admissions does not accept composite transcripts. Courses that appear on one transcript but were taken at another institution are invalid. Student will need to have a transcript sent from that original institution.
Institutions that can send official transcripts electronically may send them to electronictranscripts@csueastbay.edu.
Official documents in sealed envelopes can be delivered in-person to the Enrollment Information Center in the Student Services and Administration building on the Hayward campus or at the Academic Services Center on the Concord campus. They can also be mailed to:
