HELP DESK
The Help Desk coordinates support for students so that they can receive assistance with resolving computer problems. Help may be requested by using on-line forms, e-mail and voice mail. We follow up on all requests by logging and documenting the requests and by notifying appropriate technical support areas of the services that are needed.
