Faculty Services
The Classroom
Service Center (CSC) provides support services for faculty with their
classroom presentation needs.
The CSUH
Faculty Center for Excellence in Teaching provides support to faculty
using technology and innovative teaching strategies in their classes.
The Help Desk
is the primary point of contact for computing and networking problems,
requests for service, and general computing resource inquiries for faculty,
student, and staff of California State University, East Bay. The Help Desk
also provides system statuses on ICS services.
Instructional
Technology Service Center (ITSC) is a central place for faculty to
get help with all their computing and technology needs. It serves faculty
who are seeking to use technology tools to teach their classes.
