Administrative Services:
The Administrative Technology
Service Center (ATSC), located in Warren Hall 363 (510-885-2872), provides
desktop support and workshops and/or training for staff and administrators
in commercial software applications and university-specific software
systems.
The Help Desk
is the primary point of contact for computing and networking problems,
requests for service, and generl computing resource inquiries for staff,
students, and faculty of California State University, East Bay. We also
provide system statuses on ICS services.
University Technology Projects (UTP) - Cal State East Bay is one of the first-wave of CSU campuses to implement customized PeopleSoft software for our financial and human resources business process as part of the system-wide CMS, Common Management System, Project. The CSUEB CMS Project Office is managing this implementation as well as other technical projects for the campus.
